After using mouthwash, avoid drinking water straight away, as this will rinse the fluoride residue off your teeth. Leaving the fluoride on the surface of your teeth for 30 minutes gives it a chance to be absorbed into the enamel, making your teeth stronger and less susceptible to tooth decay.

1. Shake to Activate!

Shake the bottle well until the two liquids are mixed into a single-colour solution. This activates the unique Dentyl mouthwash formula that makes this mouthwash so good.

2. Measure

Pour half a capful for yourself or your children.

3. Swish!

Take the mouthwash in your mouth and swish it from side to side using your cheek muscles for approximately 30 seconds. Be careful not to swallow the solution as this can cause stomach pains or vomiting.

4. Spit it Out!

Spit the mouthwash into the sink and rinse it down the drain.
